"Amazing stay and even received a free upgrade to an executive suite which was lovely. Fantastic breakfast and spa. Staff were top notch in the breakfast lounge....Very hard working, attentive and really friendly! Only down fall was the crazy parking situation. It was something like £5 for 5 minutes which makes it hard for taxis to pick up. One of the lifts were out of service and one was being cleaned during peak times (silly really). There was one lift available at peak check out time and we were on floor 9 so we missed our taxi as he couldn't wait at drop off due to the private eye parking arrangements. The info boards are unclear for drop off/pick up waiting times."

"Clean, budget option hotel close to Terminal 2 at Manchester Airport. Great sound insulation and window blinds for a good nights sleep. Small but clean shower room with quality multipurpose toiletries available. "

"I picked this hotel as it was reasonably priced and it seemed close to the Co Op Arena as I was attending a concert there. The member of staff who checked me in was so lovely and she accommodated my request for a quiet room as I’m a light sleeper. She put me on the top floor in the corner and it was very quiet. Bed and pillows were comfortable and the shower is very spacious. The hotel is opposite a domino’s which was handy very handy. I got an Uber to and from the concert which was super cheap. The hotel is walking distance to the train station and tram. I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again. The only criticism I have is the carpets looked like they needed cleaning in my bedroom and the hall area. Thank you for a pleasant stay."

"No opening windows & the aircon range only goes down to 18cels, so won't book this place when it's hot. Terrible knobbly pokey springs mattress on bed. Asked for a mattress topper, said they'd send one up but didn't. Textbook apology in the morning. Nice breakfast, almost as nice as across the road, bit cramped on its layout. Quiet hotel, good situation, exceeded expectations for a middle of the range budget hotel."
