"I’m not sure if it’s because it’s NEW. But this Hotel definitely is one of my favorites. I travel to New York City Quite often and Will for sure Continue to stay in this property when I travel! It smelled delicious, was renovated & It was a complete vibe. I really had everything you need within the hotel for your trip. I tend to travel for work and while This hotel is not close to some of the locations that I need to go to, It is Super Central to most of the train stations, making my commute and availability to get around the city easy…… Obviously, you’re right by Times Square but it doesn’t give Time square vibes it’s so nice!!! Specially leaving the hotel room in the middle of the evening to see the actors from broaway just leaving their shows signing autographs and having a pharmacy, Starbucks and so many restaurants nearby…. Overall, this was a phenomenal place, with great energy, amazing coffee and Breakfast, and just a real luxurious type in the middle of time square!"

"It was a spacious room for NYC, but the bathroom was small. The shower had a head and a hose, and the mechanism that connected the two was broken so I couldn’t turn off the hose part. But at least the water stayed hot the entire time. I was traveling alone, and I usually called my own cars or took the subway. The bag check process was super easy and convenient, and the location of this hotel was absolutely perfect!! So close to everything"
