The staff at the property were extremely kind and helpful and polite. One small frustration was the kitchen area in our room - we were told that if we use it, we would need to pay extra for it, however, we thought we already paid for it by renting this room! "I got this room on a bit of a discount, normally I stay in smaller places with fewer frills. However, it was a very pleasant experience. I was a few blocks from the beach and only a few minutes walk from the old section of town. The staff was friendly and were able to speak multiple languages from what I could tell.
