The staff at the property were extremely kind and helpful and polite. One small frustration was the kitchen area in our room - we were told that if we use it, we would need to pay extra for it, however, we thought we already paid for it by renting this room! "A beautiful hotel with very friendly helpful staff who genuinely want to help. It was a lovely retreat from travel. Very comfortable bed, quiet, the breakfast and coffee were fantastic.
