3 BR Sayan Beach 2500 SF Luxury Oceanfront Condo
10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (75)
"The views, amenities, and beach access cannot be beaten. Condo itself- Waking up to a full beach view, falling asleep to the sound of the waves was magical. Joel, our main contact/concierge, made our entire stay seamless. He took care of every detail (from the airport pickup, booking massages on the beach, groceries, and more) he made our stay incredible. Resort/condos - Truly enjoyed all of the amenities- the gym, bars, pools, EVERYTHING was top notch- especially the food! Every single...

"I won’t lie – the reviews on this rental were so glowing I was a bit worried that it was fake! So I will make sure to add in some things that weren’t perfect so you know this place really is the real deal. We were looking for someplace that was quiet and relaxing but “fun adjacent” and Sayan Beach fit the bill. It was like being at a resort with all the beautiful, well-maintained amenities and exceptional service. With pools on the roof and the ground floor, you have a choice on how to cool off....

Grand Miramar All Luxury Suites & Residences
4.5 star property
9.4 out of 10, Exceptional, (1498)
"Perfection. The property, the brunch, the pools, the service, the view, the value---all outstanding. Excellent service at all points, never disappointing. Will arrange taxi pickup to/from PVR for you, upon request before arrival. MUST REQUEST, however. What I wish I knew: This property is not on the beach and requires a taxi for everything, as the area around the hotel is not walkable. There is no retail near here and no small store in the hotel, either. Taxi is $10-20 for most trips. No...

Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta - All-inclusive
4.5 star property
8.8 out of 10, Excellent, (1258)
"Overall it was a great stay. AC unit was down for one day, which was really hot during the afternoon. But they were able to fix it by night time. This was probably a rare incident, but overall it did make the stay a bit more uncomfortable. But other than that, the staff were really friendly and it was a nice resort to stay at with friends."

"A little off the beaten path which suits us fine. The staff were wonderful. We had a spacious 2 bed 2 bath with full kitchen. Definitely not walkable to the center of Puerto Vallarta. Amazing views and nice pool and jacuzzi on the 7th floor. Property is a bit older, but clean. We enjoyed our stay. "

Hotel Playa Fiesta
2.0 star property
7.0 out of 10, Good, (4)
"Very disappointing, the reviews are quite inaccurate. This facility is overpriced for what it has to offer and what you can get for less $ that is much much nicer and more up to date in this area. Needs attention to detail, for example - noisy and inappropriately placed air conditioners, old, noisy ceiling fans, TERRIBLE lighting. If I had been trying to get ready for a wedding here -- I would have moved to another facility. Pluses - candles in room, great coffee in restaurant, pretty nice...
