"Very very very small showers. The property employees were excellent accommodating us by moving us to a bigger room (of course we had to pay the difference, no problem) but the shower was the same size. Will definitely stay there again. "

"Since the booking was made for the same day, I wasn’t able to select a higher-priced option that includes free cancellation. I booked this hotel by mistake, as the drive turned out to be too long and we wouldn’t be able to arrive before check-in time. I understand this was my error, but I tried to cancel the reservation within 30 minutes of booking, and the system didn’t allow it. I also attempted to reschedule for a later date, but that request was declined. I contacted both the hotel and Hotels.com, but haven’t been able to find a resolution. I would really appreciate it if the hotel could be a bit more flexible in a situation like this."

They went above and beyond to make the experience special, preparing lovely surprises and decorating the room with a romantic touch. "This was the perfect location to stay for a retreat and also for a day trip into Cinque Terre. We won’t get over being driven in a cart to and from the parking lot down a charming rock wall lined street. It’s the most magical entry to a hotel we’ve ever experienced. Their customer service is exceptional, going above and beyond in every way. We were greeted with a welcome drink and given complimentary DELICIOUS snacks by the pool. The view at breakfast was the best we experienced in all of Italy. Looking into the Ligurian sea was beautiful. The spa was wonderful and available to us to use privately for an hour when it was not in use. What a treat! Sauna, steam room relaxation areas with a freshly prepared treat made by the chef waiting for us. Two nights was not enough to enjoy this beautiful property! Laura gave us recommendations on how to enjoy Cinque Terre and local restaurants, plus graciously answered any of our questions. We loved meeting her!"
