"I currently in my second stay with this hotel. The staff has been the best part especially as a foreigner that doesn’t speak Italian. They have aided me with friendly enthusiasm in a couple of problems outside their scope to which I am very grateful. The accommodation large, modern and clean. There is an excellent courtyard with numerous sitting options for relaxing outside.
Definitely recommend this hotel I will likely be back here in a year.

"Words can’t describe how amazing our stay and wedding was at the Palazzo! During the last year of wedding planning Mirella has been in constant communication with us and provided us with an OUTSTANDING wedding and stay. If you’re looking to get married in a 1275 AD palazzo that was formerly inhabited by the Duke or Parma I would HIGHLY recommend this place. Mirella thank you so much for making this wedding so perfect!"
"The hotel was easy to find, staff are very friendly and helpful. Good swimming pool with sun beds. However, is next to the main road so the pool area is noisy. Good parking and close to the best shopping streets outside Milan. "

"Our stay in Lucca was wonderfully relaxing. Massimo was a great host. He stopped in several times in the two weeks that we were there. His travel tips and suggestions made our trip the most enjoyable we’ve had. The house was nicely furnished but kept a farmhouse charm. The view from the patio never failed to relax us. Very peaceful. We would come back in a heartbeat."

"What a unique apartment! We loved everything. The host Simone was wonderful. The private garden was a gem. Short drive to Lucca, Pisa. One little thing we have to mention is: drive a small car. The way up to the apartment is very narrow. "
