"We had four couples staying at the property and we felt that we had our own private oasis! The house looks like a model home for pottery barn. Super clean and comfortable! All the amenities you could need pool, hot tub, private beach, amazing carribean water! The kitchen came fully stocked including spices if you want to stay in and cook! Highly recommend in house dinner (grouper with lemon caper sauce and homemade key lime pie , omg yummy). We did not see one person on the beach the entire time we were there! Very remote so pack your snack or hit the grocery store on the way while passing through Georgetown. The roads to the house are bumpy so it makes the commute about 40 min to town. We only ventured out to eat to Blu, Santanna’s, Brea’s beach bar at Tropic of Cancer…All delish! We enjoyed our private boat charter picking us up IN FRONT OF THE HOUSE! Highly recommend this property for anyone wanting low key RELAXATION!"

"Absolutely breathtaking location! We got lost as we didnt make arrangements prior to leaving the states for International Travelers. Therefore we didnt have the use of Google Map. We ended up at a restaurant i recognized from my research and they allowed us to connect to their wifi. We contacted Kamal and he met us at the restaurant and we followed him to our villa! Bed was so comfortable! Quiet neighborhood! Steps away from the most beautiful beach i have ever seen; Tropic of Cancer Beach. Beach was never crowded! House had everything we needed! The road conditions to the house were as other reviews stated but manageable if driving slow. Wifi was spotty so if you plan to work a little while your here best beat is to do it off the property. I know why in the world would someone want to do any work while at paradise? Some of us have no choice. The drive from the airport or to restaurants does take sometime and thats mainly for all the pot holes your dodging on the main roads. Be prepared to drive on the wrong side of the road and the car if you live in the United States. A experience my husband LOVED and will never forget. Rent A Car is a MUST! Thompson Rental is who we used. Must eat place Blu on the Water and Yacht Club!!! We ate at the Yacht Clud twice! Will definitely return!"

"Overall wonderful time. For us could not be better than to be able to walk right over to Tropic of Cancer Beach our favorite. The upstairs Patio was everything we wanted relax and enjoy a sunset after your day and the view. Breea delights right on the beach she has the best drinks on the islands and perfect great beach lunches and so friendly! Owners were wonderful and answered questions in minutes. We will be back !"

"My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend and wow. This place is as incredible as the photos show! The place is huge and can hold all kinds of family and friends if you make it a large gathering. We got conch fritters from Club Arawak and they were INSANELY good! It was right down the road. The only downside is the roads that are filled with basically craters. But that didn’t keep us from booking the place as we knew before hand! We booked our own car through Exuma Connect and it was a breeze. They met us at the airport. Make sure you stop and get everything you need from the grocery store beforehand cause that is not an easy trip for butter forgotten! We enjoyed the complete privacy at the pool and the hot tub was so hot and perfect! There’s a large speaker in the main house that sounds SO good and gets so loud to enjoy being by the pool or ocean. Our main goal was to just spend time with each other and enjoy the intimacy of each other and the ocean and this house did not disappoint at all. We found a gorgeous stone in the ocean that I plan on making into a bolo tie that my husband and I can share between us to always remember what an amazing trip this was. The last day we realized scorpions were around and saw a baby one so make sure you wear shoes on your walk too and from the beach Kim was helpful for any questions we had! The sheets and bed were so soft too 20/10. Will never forget this stunning place or memories made there"

"I booked a stay at Bluepoint Villa for myself, husband, 8 year old son, in laws, parents, brother and his fiancée - 9 of us total. We had never been to the Bahamas before, so had no idea what to expect. Everything about the description of this house is accurate and even above expectation at times. The house views are INSANE, the colors vibrant, the vibes immaculate. The location, and pristine beach are unmatched. We kayaked to Turtle island to explore on the calm days, we spent lunches and happy hour at Brea's beach bar shack. The house is large, and fit 9 of us so comfortably, had everything we needed to enjoy a great vacation - pool toys for the 8 year old, cooking supplies for the grandmas, great air conditioning for the hot days and a responsive house manager that organized our rentals for us. We would be back in a heart beat ! LOVED the area. Disclaimer: If you've never experienced island life before, this is very remote. Every restaurant we looked up on line, had incorrect days and times listed for being open (so dinners were hard to find). There is a close by convenient store, but no fresh goods there - need to head to Georgetown for that. Roads are bad - and the cars show it. STAY LEFT! hah"

"Private swim pool carved out of beach coral rock with ocean flowing through. Unbelievably cool!!!! Extremely private. Beach barista makes best mango daiquiri in world- yummy. Walking distance from airport if lightly loaded. Prices high for everything. Come loaded and have a good time. "

"Our family enjoyed a great time of sun, fun, and relaxation! It was our second time staying at Key Lime Cottage. Our host was super helpful …and the view and access to the beach and beautiful water can’t be beat!"
