"Stunning home caterer Ann fabulous caretaker Andrew incredible. 12 of us age 5-75 spent 7 nights in the stunning home right on Tropic of Cancer beach!Rented boat and jet skis from Little Exuma Boat rental with Judy. snorkeled swam with sharks, rays and pigs. House was perfect for our family and we wished we had stayed 2 weeks instead of 7 nights. Thank you for sharing your little piece of shangrila!! Everyone in our group gives you rave reviews. "

"We had great stay at Osprey. The location of the house is excellent- only a few steps away from the Tropic of Cancer beach. It’s one of the best beaches at Exuma. There is a restaurant/bar at beach entrance. They sell very good burgers. House host, Richard and Shauna are in Canada. When there was a storm and power outage they called me and told us where to find battery powered fans and charger. So helpful. Luckily the power cut only lasted a few hours. There is no washer/ dryer in the house. But the cleaning lady Dianna changed towels, bringing fresh water and helped our laundry. This house looks very new and A/C are very powerful. The furnitures are very new, too. Beds are very comfortable. We chose this house because they allow pets. It’s very hard to find a water front property allowing pets. We brought our dog with us. He loves the beach. Starlink is very good. So our teenager boy is happy. The kitchen has so many plates, cups, tools, everything we need. Also we used kayaks for exploring two islands near the beach. It was super fun. Nearby restaurants we liked Arwark Club (best conch fritters) and Tropic Breeze. Blu on the water is one of the finest restaurants on the island. All of our family enjoyed the stay. Really appreciate it. "

"To Preface we have stayed in Exuma a total of 6 times and this is by far our favorite place to stay. This house feels very secluded on Little Exuma with its own private beach and is worth the drive into town. Highly recommend for larger families or groups. Everything is freshly remodeled or new including the pool. Air Conditioning was amazing and the house was immaculate. 10/10 and will definitely pick this house again. "

"Staff was wonderful. Grounds are well-maintained and clean. Rental cars were available on-site. For those who are new to snorkeling or have kids, there's a good spot at the gut at the northern end of the property if people aren't fishing there. Snorkeling's also good at the Columbus monument's beach, a short drive north of CSMBR."

"I can spend hours describing the amazing time we had, but ill summarize it. The description and pictures do not match how beautiful the house and location is. You have to see it to believe it. Judy was beyond amazing. Always answered the phone and was there for anything we needed. The island and the residents were all beautiful, humble, and happy people. In short, the vibes of the exumas, combine with everything I mentioned, makes this trip a once in a lifetime experience. We are already planning our next trip. Thank you"

"The house was clean and nicely updated with modern furniture. The description was accurate, and everything met our expectations. While there's no dishwasher, it wasn’t a problem for us. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach and Brea’s Delight, which was a fantastic bonus!"

"Location was remote, but the private beach was absolute heaven. The island of Exuma itself is absolutely gorgeous. The water is great. Worth renting a boat. The house had everything you needed. Property manager was super responsive. There is construction going on next-door though and the roads are very bumpy to get there… we had a great time! "
