"Front desk lady: very nice and made check-in easy. I had to ask her for cleaning spray to scrub down the dirty shower in my room and I offered to do myself since she was only staff. She gave me spray and towels. The room: Dirty, very dirty. Floors appeared not swept, bathroom smelt of urine, shower had mildew build up on floor which came off with cleaner, sink was dirty, there was a white dried up substance on desk, desk chair, curtain. Bedding seemed clean, towels seemed clean. But room I was not impressed at all. "

"The room was cute. I had good meals and libations at the tavern. I had a facial at the spa which I didn't enjoy."

"The photos for this property were incredibly misleading. Upon arrival, we found the place to be dirty, cold, and thoroughly uncomfortable. The heater wasn't working, lights flickered constantly, and there was even a live wire exposed in the bathroom – a huge safety concern, especially with kids.Beyond that, the issues piled up: ants were in almost every room, the coat rack fell apart, and the bathroom faucet was broken. Walls were stained, floors had cracks that cut our feet, and the kitchen counter was messy. The garage door was off its tracks and the garage itself was filthy, making for a terrible first impression as the main entrance. Even the hot tub had such a horrible smell we couldn't use it.The property feels like it only gets the bare minimum cleaning. The owners clearly aren't bothering to verify the place matches the beautiful pictures or is actually fit for guests. There were so many broken and dirty things. The amount my family and I paid for two nights here, considering the state of the place, feels like a complete scam. I absolutely do not recommend this property; it's truly unbelievable."

"Good location with easy access to major traffic patterns. Mattresses were very comfortable. WiFi was easy to access. "

"We enjoyed our stay. The house was in a great location. We enjoyed the hot tub especially after a day exploring the area. There was plenty in the kitchen to adequately fix meals. We would definitely stay again when we're in the area."

"The door code was incorrect and we had to find the phone number to call since it was text or email only contact info we got on our reservation info. The blinds were only able to twist, we couldn’t open or close them. There’s no service on the street and is wifi dependent. After restarting the modem and router wifi was still not working. On top of all that there was no hand soap in the kitchen or bathroom. This place overall is just not worth the price… I’m hoping to get even a partial refund because Meredith Lodging is capable of way better "
