Help desk lady jerked me around to check in 2 times and charged me even before check in. After checked in so found the heater leaks thus floor was wet plus the refrigerator can never be closed and toilet leaked too.

The greeting staff , which was and elder that was kind and friendly. The evening staff and night night could have been more pleasant in greeting or even given eye contact .. I was very displeased with the interaction.
