"It was super convenient easy I needed a place to lay my head I was in town for work didn't mind that they had a community shower toilet and sink areas for the women but the only negative side I would say would be that I wish I wasn't as close to the bathrooms as I was because the sound kept me up but they do provide ear plugs"

"Interesting hotel with awesome DJ entertainment. Staff was helpful and friendly. We loved our room on the corner and had great views of the city towards the financial district. "

"We were struggling to figure out the airport shuttle but Douglas was extremely patient and very helpful, returning our many calls trying to figure out directions! Awesome customer service, I would have been fed up with us. The room was also very clean and the beds were sooooo comfortable. "
