"The hotel staff was great. The bar was nice and rooms are clean, though tiny. Gym is smallest I've ever seen in a hotel. Only one bench and no mats or towels, just to know."

"Absolutely exquisite on every level. Quality, design, service, comfort. Couldn’t recommend more. I’m a finicky sleeper , especially when traveling but I had the best night sleep in the last month here. The service is top notch. I’m known to be particular about just about everything and I have only the best things to say. It’s worth the extra dollars. "

"Room had lamp shade missing. Everyday after I left the room, I could not access my room. Door card has to be reactivated everyday when I returned from an outing. Apparently they do that for "your protection". I am not sure how deactivating key card protects me. No one can get into my room unless they had a key card. I was never told at check-in that this was their procedure for rooms there. A guest should not have to go to the front desk to get back in their room every time they leave."

"I didn't get up early enough for coffee, but with five coffee options within a block - it didn't matter. Rooms feel spacious for NYC, soft linens, good water pressure in shower, each room a little unique. The bar downstairs is expensive, but the drinks were top notch. "
