"We originally booked this unit and switched to other unit due to owner request and personal issues. On pictures unit looked even better, 2 story, 2 king beds and "sofa bed " that was for kids sleeping. Unfortunately, sofa bed is broken and old, not possible to sleep on it. Also, we had no washer, A/c in upper bedroom not working. Kitchen is equipped with all small appliances but very minimum pots and dishes. 2 days we had no internet, another frustration as happen when I needed the most. Not to...

"I was very happy to find this hidden gem. It is at the edge of Tulum town center, but everything including grocery store, restaurants, beach, Cenotes, lagoons, Rui s and amusement park is within 10-15min by car. I loved quiet neighborhood and access to the hotel Bardo which was oasis in the jungle! Mariana was super helpful in resolving any issues quickly. I absolutely highly recommend this property."
