"We had a few minor hiccups but overall the ground staff were excellent. We did 2 out of 3 of our party experience some travellers flu symptoms on different days/nights so that was a little unfortunate but these things happen. The restaurants booked up very fast. We wanted a day to walk around look at the menus as we checked I. Late in day 1 but by the middle of day 2 the restaurants we wanted were all booked. However, the buffet is excellent so we have no complaints regarding the food. Pools were clean. Very relaxing holiday. Thank you to Derrick our concierge and the rest of the hotel for an overall excellent week at Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya we’ll be back!"

"We loved our experience at Bahía Príncipe Sian Kaan. The only things we would change would be to update the rooms, make the garden jacuzzis more private, and more variety of food on the room service menu. Other than that it was a beautiful experience. Roberto at the front desk was amazing so was the ladies at the spa. "

"My kids love Karla in the Kid's Club. I love how friendly everyone is and the renovated room we got in building 3. The sargassum is a problem right now, and there are some renovations causing some noise at the main pool. Also, the gym is currently closed for renovations as well, but the hotel still has the best snorkeling right off the beach that I've seen. "
