"Overall it’s a great place, does have a lot of stairs over 3 flights. Could use a good deap clean and updating of a few items (chairs, glass window screens). But is a great home for a big family vacation right next to the beach. "

"The parking is very tight says spot s probably if they are small cars we had 3 crewcab trucks and 1 suburban made it work by parking in the grass and 1 truck sideways blocking entire driveway entrance at the street literally almost on the street. The house was decent definitely showing signs of ware i personally won't ever stay here again because it doesn't meet our parking needs and for the money we paid we probably could've done much better "
