"Great location close to two beach entrances and a couple restaurants. Fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds and wonderful ocean view. Loved watching the ocean from the deck, even saw a whale. Hot tub has a great view, can stay there all day and night. Tide pools and agate hunting are some of best. Driveway is very steep, stairs to queen beds are short and hike to the nearest beach is very steep. We were able to navigate, but could be dangerous for some."

"We absolutely loved the Finley Beach House! The location on the beach was fantastic and the setup inside fit our needs perfectly. We had the sliding doors open anytime we were home to listen to the sound of the waves and to enjoy to cool beach breezes. Julie was a phenomenal host and communication was quick and efficient. I would recommend the home to anybody. We would absolutely return!"

"We had a wonderful stay in Oceanside! The property was comfortable, welcoming, and exactly what we hoped for. The deck was an absolute highlight. We loved relaxing outside and taking in the incredible ocean views. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the Oregon coast. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it!"

"The property was great for our small family. There are a flight of stairs that may be hard for elderly or disabled. The parking says two spaces, but the cars would have to be really tiny. Our one car (Toyota Camry) could fit comfortably without being on the road. Another car would not fit. The communication about check in and any problems was great, they are quick to respond and help. The bathroom is amazing and has heated floors and a rainfall shower. The cleanliness was not what I was expecting for what we paid. It needs a true deep scrub. But other than that everything was as expected. Great location! Short walk to the beach."

"We did have a great time at the Three Arch Inn. First, the view was fabulous! It was easy to check in and had a great kitchen. Both the bed and furniture are very comfortable. There was some confusion about how to pay the pet fee. We called to let them know we were bringing a pet and they seemed surprised by this when we arrived. The second day we were told by one of the cleaners that we must call Sue right away as if paying the pet fee was an emergency. This seemed a bit strange but we called and they added the charge. The system needs to be more clear. Also, it was very difficult to maneuver around the bed in the loft. There was only a couple of inches on each side. I was prepared for the spiral staircase but not for the limited space around the bed. Overall, it was a good place to stay."
Large Beautiful home and walking distance to the beach!

"Overall the Cape House was a clean and comfortable property close to Oceanside Beach. The check-in process went smoothly with good communication and information by Sara. The kitchen was spacious & adequately stocked for cooking, our grandchildren enjoyed the big soaking tub in the upstairs bathroom and used the backyard fireplace for roasting marshmallows. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out as well as spend time together. Overall, we enjoyed our time there at the Cape House. However, as we were traveling with children, we had a couple safety concerns/issues. None of the low windows on the upper level had any screens. In August, it was most comfortable to have them open for the coastal breezes. But, with a curious toddler who was most interested in looking out and then trying to climb up on the low window sills, this was safety issue. We kept the windows cracked and kept careful tabs on the toddler. But as a retired nurse, I know how quickly a lapse in attention can turn into a tragedy-- and hope that in the future, screens will be added --to keep flies out and curious toddlers safely inside. Second, beach access is close by, but walking along the edge of a two lane highway with frequent truck traffic or making a longer trek down a side street without a sidewalk are the choices to access the beach, unless you decide to drive to the beach."
