"Stay here for the location and the views! It’s absolutely gorgeous and you can’t beat the quiet proximity to the beach. It was great to bring our pup along but it was a bummer having to deal with the smells of past pet accidents. There was a faint dog pee smell in all or most rooms. This place definitely needs a deep clean too. There was sand on the chairs in the room, food under the couch, and noticeable dust and even a few dead bugs on the ground. I sincerely wish the cleanliness was better because I want to come back here! The sound of the ocean from the hot tub was so nourishing and relaxing. You can’t beat that!"

"The views were lovely! The cabin was in a perfect location and it was great that we got to bring our dogs. Literally right across the street from the ocean! The place was very cute and well-appointed, and the decor was nice.However, it was pretty dirty and needs a deep clean in the kitchen, and there were some other maintenance issues like the lights that were burnt out in the kitchen.Overall it was a nice stay, but we would have appreciated a cleaner spot."

The only thing that was a bummer is we were trying to organize a birthday celebration at Happy Camp and the internet was not working. It was also a blessing with our teen. :) Oh, I would also add deck, campfire furniture. I wished I could enjoy the outside areas, but no furniture. It was lovely, and we would love to stay here again!"

"Overall, the property was consistent with its listing and gave us a nice stay in a great location. The views from the top floor were spectacular of both the beach and the sunsets! We did take advantage of the location to walk the beach. As the planner for several group vacations, I received very positive feedback from our group on both the location and more importantly the facility. We look forward to renting it again when back in the area.The entire facility was very clean and the hot tub was being cleaned when we arrived. There were some of the third floor windows (the primary floor) that had smudges on them but most of them were on the outside and caused by swallows flying into them. Any interior smudges were easily cleaned off.Once I figured out how the VRBO protocol works, communication was quick and easy, via either text or email. While it took several tries to the get code to operate the elevator for one of our group of 7, answers to other questions where quick (less than 5 minutes) and responsive to our questions.We did use the entire facility (all four bedrooms, laundry, hot tub, elevator, and main floor fireplace) and all worked easily and as expected.The only recommendations we had were to considering shades on the west/beach side of the top floor to lessen heat during the summer and glare when in the kitchen."

"What a perfect spot for our girls’ getaway! We had 10 women in town for a beach and fantasy football weekend, and using all of the units worked out SO well for our group.The ocean views were amazing! There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out, and we had everything we needed. We especially appreciated having plenty of towels. The beach access was incredibly convenient with a quick walk down the road or a very short drive down to the parking lot. We loved being able to come and go easily throughout the weekend. Don’t miss exporting tunnel beach at low tide. It was incredible to see all the sea stars, anemones, and crabs. Our host and the staff were also incredibly helpful and responsive, which made everything even easier. It’s always reassuring to know someone is available to answer questions, especially when traveling with a large group.The property was comfortable, well-equipped, and a great value for our group. Between the beach, the views, the laughs, and some very serious fantasy football business, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend the weekend!We had an absolute blast and would definitely come back for another girls’ trip! "
