"Loved the staff, helpful as due to the size of hotel we had to get directions a couple of times from the lobby to our room in another block/ wing of the hotel. Staff provided a map and other and staff were helpful when asked. The view from our room was gorgeous of the mountains. There is path through a local park which is close by that you can take to the center of Queenstown with restaurants and stores. Ate a couple of times at on site restaurant and service and food was good. "

Waking up to those breathtaking views was a joy each morning, and the luxurious bathroom added a touch of indulgence to every day. The bed — oh, the bed! — felt like floating on a cloud, making restful sleep effortless and dreamy. We have absolutely no complaints… except that we had to leave.
