"We enjoyed our stay, although we spent most of our time in the town centre. The hotel is very conveniently siuated, comfortable and has a nice luxury feel. There are some comments that it could use a refurb but we did not feel that was the case for our room, only in the lobby toilets did I notice some wear and tear. I would return to this hotel, should I be staying in Bath again but will make more use of the facilities next time. The staff are pleasant and helpful but the only negative was one of our drinks orders taken in the garden was forgotten and took 30 mins to arrive but this is not a reason to overshadow our stay and the waiter was very apologetic. "

"Chloe and Flo’s welcome on the front desk was the best way to start a day for a cranky overtired traveller such as myself. The guys serving the breakfast were equally friendly and spritely. They have the best staff and the hotel location and setting are gggGGGREAT!"
