"Lots of things were broke in the room. Towels were dirty, bathroom tissues had mold on them and everything was dirty! Workers were rude and hot tub wasn’t hot and the jets didn’t work. We had to get our room keys reactivated 3 times for a two night stay"

"Located in DT Cleveland and steps away from everything. Room was a bit small but the king sized bed was very comfortable. Ask for an odd number room. Even number room face a garage."
