"Staff was so friendly. It was right next to the train station so the weekly travel pass was worth it and saved so much. As a woman at night I would be a little nervous around the area but with my boyfriend we were never bothered and it was chill. The hotel feels really safe and was clean, offering cleaning service daily and filtered water stations with complimentary flavored water, coffee, etc. I loved it and would stay again "

"Loved this hotel! The location is fantastic, of course - we stepped out of Gare du Nord and voila! There it was. Idiot proof. The room decor is creative, shall we say, but we had a king size bed, a fridge with beer and snacks, a terrific shower and a toilet in a separate room with a door. (This last item is key if you’re travelling with someone else, so I want to mention it in the review so you don’t have to study the pictures and hazard a guess.) Best of all is the included buffet breakfast which is 10/10, 5 stars, gold medal. It had everything you’d want, plus a rack of newspapers AND bubbly on ice. We promptly made ourselves mimosas, which started our travel day beautifully. Most civilized."

"Very poor value for money overall. The hotel is extremely basic for the price you pay. While it seems quite new and generally well maintained, there were too many basic issues throughout the stay. The room was never actually cleaned during our stay - they would only make the bed and change the towels every two days, but they wouldn’t wipe down the bathroom sink, clean the surfaces or even remove things left on the nightstands. Paying hotel prices in Paris and not having the room properly cleaned daily feels quite unreasonable. On top of that, several basic amenities didn’t work properly: the fridge wasn’t working (which is frustrating when you store food without realizing it’s not cold), the main shower faucet didn’t work, and there wasn’t even a shower curtain. Overall, it felt more like paying hotel prices for a hostel-level experience."
