Nice simple budget hotel, only 22 mins walk to gare du nord eurostar station, breakfast was good and simple mostly yogurt, cereals like cornflakes and granola, nuts, croissants, small slices of ham and cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, olives and hot and cold drinks which was great, hot small sausages and eggs as scrambled available.

The best part of the hotel was that air conditioning that worked marvelously in the heat wave of heat waves. That alone was enough to turn a blind eye to all the other aspects anyone would typically query. The room was clean. Staff at check in, amazing! Supermarket, bus and metro all nearby, restaurants but the restaurants are all of similar ilk despite how numerous they are. There is a design issue with the hotel which impacts their rating/reviews e.g. black carpet typically shows every spec of lint which can make a place look like it's not been cleaned well they should have stuck with tiles for a communal areas, brown carpet never ages well, the chosen fixtures are not meant for hotel use as they won't last repeated use without needing constant repairs and you get one flat pillow in a single room. One or two things didn't work, nothing air conditioned room couldn't fix mentally. Rooms are typical Parisian size, close to Gate du Nord and l'est. The outside needs TLC, and the neighborhood is questionable and this from a South Londoner (this area is NOT the same as South London). There are groups of males at night on the road but no harm was done, I assumed it's a religous/cultural thing.

O quarto estava com cheiro bem ruim - acredito que por causa do carpete sem lavagem há muito tempo. O ar condicionado desligava sozinho o tempo inteiro, obrigando a ter que ligar diversas vezes para a recepção para religarem pois quem controla isso são os funcionários da recepção. O café da manhã era extremamente simples, sem muita opção e nada era reposto ao longo da sua duração: ou seja, se quisesse tomar café da manhã, tinha que chegar cedo e dar a sorte de ter tudo que desejasse. O hotel fica num bairro mais afastado, uma vizinhança bastante estranha onde não me senti seguro de andar por ali. A fachada principal parece de um prédio abandonado e não de um hotel 3 estrelas como dizem. O anúncio falava em Hotel Boutique, mas não dá pra dizer que essa categoria corresponde ao hotel, não. No máximo um hotel 2 estrelas. Não voltaria.
