It was a great place for a quick stay and we were able to get food from their restaurant, which made it easy for us when we had a long travel day. The shuttle service was also amazing, which took us from the train station the night before, and then took us to the airport the following day. Sahib Singh was fantastic! "

She went above and beyond to make sure we knew all of our options and plans for our wedding celebration coming up. Her attention to detail, warmth, and thoughtful hospitality made everyone feel welcome and at ease. She’s truly a gem. The grounds of the hotel are stunning, with sweeping views of Lake Varese and an atmosphere that feels both tranquil and grand. "Our room was spectacular along with the view of the mountains and the lake. The breakfast was outstanding as well as the lunch. The ONLY thing that needs attention is the dirty carpeting in the hallways and the area around the spa. It was filthy-need shampooing "
