"This by far was the cherry on top! The room was gorgeous, overlooking the Royal Mews. An anniversary dessert was waiting in our room. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. From the doorman to the server in the dining room everyone made service their goal! The only negative thing I could say is that hallway noise could be heard in the room. Even so, I would recommend the hotel to anyone visiting London."

"Small rooms with low ceilings in a great location. The hotel lobby and staff are excellent and they accommodate me with early check in at 8:30 am! Hard to beat that level of flexibility!"
