However, there were several things that went wrong or could be improved: - Upon arrival (early evening) the access code had not been sent as promised. Luckily the manager picked up the phone and eventually sent the code. If we had arrived much later this could have been a big issue. - There are several broken or badly patched fixtures: one bulb not working in the bedroom, extremely dim overhead light, broken toilet roll holder,...

"Lovely place to stay, quiet dispite the train tracks. Other residents in the block were very friendly. One issue, if driving come with small vehicle, a section of the lane into where you park your car for the property is very narrow and caused all my bells on my car to beep at me. Not the fault of the owners, the narrow space is caused by another property's fence."

"The property was generally good and well equipped. The location was great and in a quiet area. Some areas for improvement : The twin beds had poor quality mattresses. The bath was very slippery for showering and needs a rubber bath mat. The light fittings had lots of cobwebs. Few tired looking areas (bathroom door needs a paint). The parking was impossible. "Please accept our apology we left 2 pillows on the seating area for a cigarette and they got a wet by the rain we left them to dry in the bathroom once we realised we had left the pillows on the seat, over all our stay was pleasant, for future ref the pots wasn’t cleaned very well, duvet cover could do with replacement as doesn’t do up and also maybe some information about noise from upstairs apartments. I would stay here again 100% hope our review helps."

"The flat is nice and spacious and right in the centre of town so very handy for all amenities and sights. because its on the main street its a bit lively situated above a shop that plays loud music (although they did turn it down when we banged on the ceiling). There was a live concert somewhere nearby on Saturday which was very noisy - don't know if this is a one off.
