"My friend and I stayed here for 2 nights and we booked a Club Twin room. It was located on the third floor and we had a city view. The staff was always very welcoming with smiles. Location was great, close to Chinatown and theater area. And there are two underground stations within a 7-10 min walk. Once we were able to check in, our room had a very overwhelming perfume smell. "The hotel is wonderful. The facilities and service are outstanding. The only cautionary note is that it is located at the very central of London’s tourism area. It may be located in Soho, and it is right next to China Town, but it’s more like being in Time’s Square."
