We were welcomed with a glass of prosseco and very lovely staff. On our day of departure we were offered umbrellas. Maybe update website to tell customers the wellbeing centre was closed as we took costumes unnecessarily. Room was lovely and had all we wanted. Lovely hotel and perfect location. Breakfast is a voucher for the bakery next door. This is fine for a couple of days but could become monotonous if your staying for longer. Would recommend
