And being told to not be allowed to play music on the phone beside you in pool when its not loud and everyone in the pool wanted some music. We pay alot of money to enjoy ourselves and to be chased by control freaks on the property ..."

"I was originally put in a room that shared a wall with the elevator shaft, It was incredibly loud but after a couple requests a staff was member went out of her way to help me get another room which was really appreciated. Hotel is showing some wear and tear but location is great and m lm"
