"Unfortunately, our stay at the Moxy was very disappointing. Two of the four elevators were out of service for our entire stay, and the down escalator was also not working. There was no phone in our room, so anytime we needed something as basic as towels or toilet paper, we had to physically go down to the front desk. Normally that might not have been a major inconvenience, but with half the elevators and the escalator out of service, it became extremely frustrating. Most concerning, a bracelet...

"Great location which absolutely suited our needs for 3 nights in the local area. Rooms were small & lacked storage but the bed was very comfy, the air con was lovely and cool, and there was no noise. Staff were welcoming & acommodating regarding an early check in (no charge)."
