"Lovely place to stay in the Pratti neighborhood. Lots of good restaurants around. Carli and his staff were wonderful and made us feel at home. Would definitely stay thete again."
"A beautiful building with tasteful architecture and interior design, smiling service, comfortable room: definitely a place we would recommend highly, and return to!"
"Third year in a row staying at this great boutique hotel! Greatly appointed rooms, amazing beds, and quiet but close to all Rome has to offer. House manager Luisa is incredible. Can’t recommend enough!! "
"Small boutique hotel that was highly attentive and professional. Loved the location and breakfast was exceptional, made more special by the courtyard garden oasis. Room size was amazing. Definitely a hotel I will return to. "

"The property was close walk to all tourist attractions and public transportation. We had Room 4 which included a kitchenette. Very helpful for our 2 week stay. There was a deli grocery store just 5 minute walk from this hotel. "
"We only stayed one night, but the location was excellent—right in the heart of Rome, just a short walk from the Spanish Steps and other main attractions. The room was convenient for our quick stay. The only downside was that the receptionist who checked us in wasn’t very welcoming, which left a less-than-great first impression. Overall, though, the location makes this a solid choice if you want to be in the center of everything."
"Everything about this hotel was amazing. The room was great. The food was delicious. The receptionist were helpful. I would love to stay here again and soon. "
"Location, Location, Location! Located just 6 blocks from Roma Termini, The Hive Hotel is very convenient if you’re traveling by train to other cities like we were. It’s also close to the first two stops for the Big Bus Hop On/Off stops: Roma Termini and Basilica de Santa Maria Maggiore. This modern hotel with a rooftop restaurant and bar made for the perfect first night in Italy as we begin our vacation. Dinner was delicious and wine list was superb. Highly recommend as you’re in the heart of Rome and can easily get to all the cultural attractions. "
"Hotel Isa was absolutely fabulous!
The entire staff was very nice and helpful. We were allowed to check very early after arriving from a cruise. They sent champagne and snacks to our room. Plus, they arranged for a private car service to take us to the airport the next morning. The full breakfast on the rooftop had everything that your heart desires and the fresh fruit was the sweetest! We enjoyed drinks on the rooftop in the evening and our waiter Willy was the nicest guy. Our room was super clean, roomy and comfortable. I will definitely be staying at Hotel Isa whenever I’m on holiday in Rome again. "
"From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like valued guests, not just customers. The check-in was seamless. Our room was spotless and beautifully decorated. What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff's genuine warmth and attention to detail. I have to give a special mention to Jorge who was fantastic. He was polite, professional and a real asset to the hotel. We also met one of the owners who was down to earth and asked on both occasions how our stay was. The hotel is very conveniently located to all shops, restaurants and historical landmarks. I will definitely stay again at this hotel when we return to Rome."
