"The staff was the best I ha e ever encountered. Helpful. Courteous. Knowledgeable. Professional. The breakfast every morning was amazing. The property was immaculate. Their instructions to the building were spot on. Everything was explained perfectly. Room was perfect. We also took advantage of the romance package and my wife was amazed by the fresh flowers and wine and rose petals. It was a great stay and we will look for other properties in other cities and when we are in Rome again we will...

"Perfect location. Clean. Friendly. We've been to Rome often and this is, unquestionably, the most satisfied we've been of all the places we've stayed! Seriously, we'll definitely go back."

The staff were super friendly and responded quickly to any questions I had. And the room was a fantastic size, and getting in and out of the property was completely seamless. Notes for future guests: My room was located right by...

He said he'd have his manager fix the internet issue but that didn't happen. Therefore, no TV. I requested 1 more hand towel, front desk said they would have someone bring me one, but I never got it. The housekeeper didn't take our dirty dishes and sometimes they didn't take the garbage or leave more coffee pods. I've left several...
