This guesthouse was excellent the property is well maintained and clean. The room and bathroom are updated and has a big window looking into the small street which love. I would totally recommend this place. Keep in mind it’s self check-in the host will send you instructions one week before. I had no issues at all.

In a lovely neighborhood of Prati. Quiet streets lovely restaurants nearby. It is not a full service hotel but everything you need is there. Would stay there again without hesitation

Walkable distance to main attractions. However, it’s a self-service apartment rather than a ‘hotel’ as it marks in reservation page - no services at all. The lift was down for a few hours in check-in day, staff said no one can help with our suitcases. Also the check-out time is obviously 11:00 in Expedia, house keepers asked guests to leave at 10:30 in a rude attitude. Also the shower is malfunctioning, towels are dirty, poor status of apartment’s amenity.

Guest accommodation was within the city centre, our room was clean with Italian style, bed was comfortable and spacious. The manager was helpful and will answer all our queries at anytime. Thank you for letting us leave our luggage after check out. W had a wonderful time.

I booked this property based on the advertisement stating that it had three beds. However, in reality there were only two beds, and the owner also confirmed that the property does not have three beds. According to the owner, the information in Expedia’s listing is incorrect. I believe this should be corrected.
