"Good mattress and pillows. Quiet area. Good breakfast. Only thing that needs improvement is: there should be drapes or blinds on the rooms that have Eastern windows. The sheer curtains do not provide enough privacy at night, and in the morning, the sun wakes you up at 5:30 a.m. because it is so bright (in June). "

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel although just for one night. The hotel was everything that other reviewers on Hotels. com mentioned; exceptionally clean and friendly staff. Breakfast was very good with a variety of choices available and coffee in the lobby was exceptional (rich and not watered down...even the decaf!) One piece of constructive feedback: I have arthritis and very small hands. I had difficulty with the squeeze bottles in the bathroom for lotion, soap, etc...perhaps this could be looked at; also as my husband was with me he was able to assist and I did not need to request any assistance from Guest Services. We would definitely visit this hotel again if we are in the Chicopee area. "

"We had the same night/overnight shift front desk staff and they are some of the best staff we've ever dealt with at a hotel anywhere in the world, so kudo's to Sheraton on hiring some outstanding employees. They need to be told they are awesome!!!"

"The hotel was super clean, the bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. We overslept a bit on the morning of checkout and they had no problems with us extending our checkout time. Even the coffee was tasty! What more can you ask for? :)"
