"BE AWARE: This is a three-story hotel with NO elevator. They don't notify you of that until you have already booked. So if you need an accessible room, you should look elsewhere. When checking in, we let them know that we need a ground-floor level room because we were not aware that there wasn't an elevator. They told us we had to request a handicap room when we did our booking, and there were no ground-floor rooms available. It wasn't until we threatened to cancel the booking that three ground-floor rooms magically became available. While we were getting everything straightened out, another man with mobility issues also raised the same concern. The lack of an elevator in a three-story hotel is something that should be disclosed before booking."

"My stay at this motel 6 was about as expected. Though I didn’t use it, the pool area looked great. The room was as expected. Plenty of hot water in the showers. The only real negative was the noise. We could hear people’s conversations as they walked by. Loud vehicles on nearby Hwy. 99 woke us up. Not the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at, but it was decent."

"Luxury description is false; everything about the house is cheap and presents health and safety issues. The chairs in the breakfast nook are not sturdy. The couch is super small and the love chair only seats one and collapses. The pots and pans are very cheap. The primary bedroom night table (there is only one) is missing screws and glue that it is a health and safety issue. And there is NO screen door on the sliding glass door to the backyard. It’s too bad because it’s a nice little house in a great neighborhood. Not sure how they managed to get such positive reviews."

"Great house, lots of space for everyone to spread out and relax. Very clean and well appointed, could’ve used some foil or Saran Wrap in the kitchen but otherwise it was great! Convenient location and great communication with owner. We’d definitely stay here again. "

"Overall this house was great! It definitely met our needs and the pool was a huge part of that! There were some minor issues that would have made this a 100% experience vs 90%:We had trouble with the oven. Sometimes it would work, other times it would not. It seemed to be connected with the sensor in the oven. The water pressure in the main bathroom was really weak. We would end up using the master bathroom for showers. The toilet is very low. This is difficult for older guests. We ran out of paper towels and garbage bags.The last guests (or the property manager) did NOT take out the garbage. We moved two bins in from the curb when we arrived, but the primary garbage bin was FULL!The gated pool was great but one of the littles was able to squeeze through the gate by the fenced end on the right as you look at the pool. Fortunately, we didn't let the littles out in the back by themselves.It would have been nice to have a few more pool towels."
