"This was a great place to stay for a quick night in Naples. Close to the subway and many restaurants. We loved the area in Volerno (about a 15 minute walk away). Much better than center city Naples. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Maryna was an absolute pleasure and helped us with so many questions and provided great information and directions throughout our night. "

"Hot water does not work. Ran shower for 20 minutes straight and it never even got warm. Owners tried to con me into paying 15 euro city tax for my son (because I am a tourist) who is only 10 years old, so by Naples law he is exempt from the tax, which they fully well knew. They also kept trying to force me to pay in cash, so they could avoid paying higher taxes, even though they advertise that they take credit. After arguing with them that I had no cash and only card, they begrudginly brought...
