"Great choice repeating"

"I lived in Boston for 10 years before moving out of state. I visited for the weekend and BOY am I impressed! Everything was fantastic from start to finish! We had noisy neighbors our first night and talked to Shakira at the front desk. She was so sorry for our inconvenience and gave us free coupons for breakfast in their dining room! Despite the pool being out of service as well as one of the three elevators, it didn’t bother us at all because the staff was so kind and helpful. Thank you to...

"My first room the air conditioning didn’t work. My second and third night there was no hot water. In my second room the air conditioner was so loud it could not be run while I was sleeping. Over all the room and conditions were awful. I would like to ask for some refund."
