"The breakfast WAS AMAZING"

"Aside from the more than generous space, it's as if you're home in your master bedroom, the bathroom was to die for. Not only did it have a, wait for it, a Jacuzzi, it also has a Bidet! I got sick in Otavalo from eating Seafood soup. The Bidet became inseparable for 2 days. The best 2 days of my stay."

"We stayed for only one night after a late incoming flight. Even on short notice they sent a driver who met us inside arrivals and had a sign with our name. It’s worth noting it is not all that close to the airport. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted and shown to our room, which had a great shower and was very comfortable. Breakfast was included and was really nice. We hung out at the pool bar while we waited for our ride to town. The grounds are lovely and there was lots to do. Overall we really thought this hotel was a great deal and we’d stay again. "

"I was very happy with my 5 day stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was great. It would've been perfect if they had orange juice. I liked my suite and the bed and pillows were great. I wish the shower/tub were a little bigger though. I had a great birthday dinner experience at the Opera Restaurant. Joel was an amazing server. One little thing was that I wanted to use the pool but unfortunately it was undergoing maintenance. I'll definitely be back though."
