"From the moment we stepped through customs til we were dropped back off at the Quito airport, we all were very impressed with this Wyndham Quito Airport! I requested airport pickup prior to arrival, and they were waiting on us at bag claim in clear view. The shuttle was an easy 3 min ride. We were offered VIP free bar drink on check in. "We stayed 2 nights before our Galapagos cruise and 1night after that. At the first stay, we received a special service and staff were. Very helpful and nice. The rooms were good and the breakfast was wonderful. But we were not so happy that the trash bin in the bathroom doesn’t have a lid… (we must trash toilet paper into the bin, not flush the paper into the toilet) and also there are no towel hangers for shower.. So hope it can be improved in the future! Thank you for your hospitality!"
