"This was the most disappointing hotel we have ever booked through hotels.com. The largest concern was the inability to connect with someone when a problem arises, as there was a young girl at the desk unable to assist us and we were unable to reach the owners via email or phone. Also, there was a loud groaning noise in the hotel until 8:00 pm. At night....

"What a wonderful hotel! It is a very central location and 5 mins walk to the pier - so easy to get to your day trip meeting points quickly. It is also located between 2 delicious restaurants. The staff is nice, friendly, and accommodating. The front desk staff offered great suggestions on where to eat, ordered taxis for us, and provided clean beach towels. The breakfast is a perfect start to the day - just $8 per person. Our junior suite was spacious, clean, and comfortable. There is a mini fridge in the room and a wonderful balcony with a patio table. Highly recommend this place to all travelers."
