Staff was nice, efficient and kind.
Location is good for spending the night and getting a cab around (Guayaquil is pretty small). The hotel in general is clean and safe.
Food has been always the best in the city among hotels.
The pool area is super, but I didn’t use it this time.
I got the Leading Suite. Double queen beds. So pay more to get a bad sleeping time. There was a horrible HORRIBLE sound from the air conditioning station that endures the whole night. I have the audio but seems like I can’t post it here.
The noise was like having a machine working all night long next to your ear. My mom and I couldn’t sleep. It was like renting a room in a cheaper hotel instead of a five stars.
I will request a refund or a partial refund. This has been so far the worst sleeping night at a hotel in my whole life. If I get a refund this, 2 stars will go to 5, if not, the stars stay at 2. Since you come to sleep not to have a horrible night.
Disappointed.
