"Fantastic property, only note is the shower basin is quite low and collects water quickly making it seem like it might flow out onto the floor, but other than that great worth for the month. Breakfast option is worth every penny, rooms are clean, sleek and modern. Property upholds its image well. "

"Great hotel location close to underground station. Room was spacious enough and had great lighting and space to put our things out on. Beds were comfortable..only negative comment is a draft from the a/c right above the bed. Great closet with lighting! We would stay there again!"

"Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful! My daughter left her backpack at the train station. It had a very special snuggy. And to say the least, my daughter was devastated. The women checking us in was so kind (I wish I remembered her name). Giving words of encouragement and offering a complimentary box of Clermont chocolates and a teddy bear. Side note*we took a taxi back to the train station and the taxi driver even called the station for us in hopes to help find the missing bag. He was so kind. (We did find the backpack at the lost luggage!) The free breakfast was amazing every day. Staff was so wonderful. The rooms were beautiful. Very comfortable bed, bathroom and bedroom amenities were appreciated. Walking distance to some very fun shops and Buckingham Palace. Right next to Victoria Station. I will stay here again in a heart beat! Worth every penny. Thank you Clermont for a fantastic stay. "
