"The stay was good overall. The room was very hot and the thermostat was not operational. We happened to be staying during a warm spell in March so had to open windows to be able to sleep at night. Otherwise everything was very good. The bed pedestals were a little squeaky so we could hear the neighbours intermittently."

"The rooms and property were very clean and tidy. Our kids had a good time visiting the pool. The hotel organized an egg hunt for all the visitors who had kids. Our kids had an especially fun time during the egg hunt. It is a very safe and kid friendly hotel and the staff are so friendly. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit Ottawa and spend their time close to downtown. The price is very affordable and fair. "

"We stayed in a Premium King Bed room at Arc The Hotel in downtown Ottawa. Overall, the hotel is acceptable for a short stay. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable and in good condition, which contributed to a restful night. However, the bathroom left much to be desired. It was extremely cramped—even for a single person—and the sink was particularly small, causing water to splash onto the counter and floor during regular use.
