The beach was fantastic (about a 10 min walk...a bit uphill on the way back). Alex set up several day trips and chef nights for us...extremely seamless! The area of Manuel Antonio was amazing. "The house is truly immaculate. We had 18 people who stayed and felt like we had plenty of space (there is only bed space for 19 total). The property manager was very communicative and helped us book several of our activities, which was a huge help. They were very accommodating to all of our needs! The only thing future travelers should note is that you really need a 4-wheel drive vehicle to get up to the house. The driveway is narrow and steep with just two lanes of pavement for the car tires....
