Villas in Cantón San Carlos

"My partner and I booked this property however when we arrived at 7pm, there was a large gate blocking the entrance and no one was there. We tried and tried to call and message the property and never received a response. La Fortuna is somewhat out in the country without many on the spot lodging options. It took us until 945 pm before we were able to get a far from desirable accommodations. We were preparing to sleep in our car by that time. We have yet to receive a refund or response. There...

The pool was wonderful and the location in town was peaceful yet right near the main square. Lots of restaurants and shops. Just down the road from so many great volcano and forest activities. The staff were super helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Absolutely fantastic!!!! The house is exactly as pictured and was immaculate. The view of the volcano is breathtaking and we really enjoyed seeing it every morning from our bedrooms. The communication was top tier and they even help you book tours and transportation should you need it the food recommendations did not disappoint. The house is very close to a ton of activities and short 5 min drive into the heart of La Fortuna. We would definitely book again! "

"Wow! What a wonderful property, we did not want to leave. So comfortable and luxurious, with beautiful verandah and an outside bathtub and shower. Our teenagers loved it too, gorgeous pool area and comfortable rooms and great kitchen. We also so enjoyed viewing toucans, humming birds and other wildlife right from our porch. Good WiFi and netflix etc. Laundry also done for us. Overall a brilliant stay!"
