"First time here, but won't be the last--loved this place--old-school motel vibe but updated and very clean. There is a railroad track near the back of the building, but I didn't hear a train til mid-morning. In-house coffee shop with breakfast sandwiches too--didn't try it this time, but will. Very nice affordable alternative to the somewhat stratospheric rates of nearby competitors. "

"Beds were so comfy! Traffic on the road getting in is kind of a nightmare but doable. Breakfast was pretty good, staff helpful, rooms clean. "

"I had a slight leak in the bathroom but was delt with and as a gesture of good will i received a partial refund for the inconvenience which was much appreciated.this was my 5th time staying here and i will most def return. Front desk manager and staff were very helpful."

"Spring Hill suites was a beautiful hotel with spacious rooms and friendly staff! We ended up asking for a different room after first arriving because our neighbors were very loud and they changed the room for us with no problem. The room was so spacious! We have a special needs son in a wheelchair and there was plenty of room for the chair and also to get him up to walk around. I liked the extra living room area and desk…we spread out all of our sons meds on the desk. The beds were comfy and I liked that they had an extra set of sheets and an extra blanket in the room - that was so convenient for when our son had wet through in the middle of the night! One of the best things was that they had ice cream available for our son’s bed time snack! (He can’t chew so this was huge) We ate our ice cream down in the beautiful bar area and we appreciated this extra convenience, of ice cream, more than I can express! The staff was very friendly and our stay was wonderful! Thank you for providing a beautiful and comfortable stay for us while we were in town to go to COSI. "
