"Staff was friendly and helpful, every day our room was clean and organized by housekeeping, my trip got extended and the front desk rep was very helpful and helped me to meet my need , hotel offer military discount. One thing that I think it could be better was the breakfast menu every day was the same thing, maybe switching items for customers, it can be boring eating the same thing for 6 days straight. Overall our experience was perfect."

"Love staying here, however we had thermostat problems. The thermostat didn't respond to me but the front desk was able to set at 70 degrees for me. Came back from dinner to a room at 65 degrees."

"Its was an amazing outoor themed hotel, my husband loved it and i think itll be our new place to stay in como. Beds were comfy. Hot water was hot. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of options and a pancake maker.friendly staff. "

"Loved the staff. Exceptionally friendly, very accommodating. When I requested 2nd floor, they offered a switch with no problem.The parking normally would have been adequate, but they were resurfacing such a large portion at one once, tiny bit inconvenient. But they had really cozy, clean rooms, had everything you'd want. Biscuits 'n gravy, waffles, scrambled eggs, yogart, cereal, muffins for breakfast! Hotel provided a nice, quiet environment. Enjoyed my stay!"

"Well I got in late and left early so my stay was pretty short. But staff was very friendly and accommodation good. I would stay there again. Could have used a free breakfast in the morning instead of a $12 buffet which I didn't partake in but I digress. "

"This stay was perfect! We put in a request for the top floor and they were able to get us into a top floor room! The view was so cool. The pool was nice and warm. The fire alarms went off around 12am which may not have been pleasant for someone there for business, but what can you do! JC fire department dealt with it fairly swiftly. Hotel front desk attendants were friendly and chatty. "
