"Perfect stopover on our way across country. While it is definitely an older motel, it was exceptionally clean, the room was comfortable and quiet, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The only downside was the limited number of nearby dining options. But that gave us a chance to explore the nearby areas. We would definitely stay here again."

"The room the first night was clean and nice. Once we saw that the room was nice we checked back in for the rest of our trip. The next room was terrible. The door was missing the chain lock. The heater AC button would not change temperature. The fan in the bathroom didn't work. The shower head only sprayed a straight stream. The towels were all stained and one smelled like paint thinner. The toilet had marks in the bowl of prior problems and sure enough it stopped up first use in the middle of...

"Room was clean and nicely appointed. Dinnerware and appliances were good with the exception of the coffee maker. Mattress and pillows were average. Shower head and tub faucet need immediate replacing. Unacceptable calcium build up on the shower head with limited range of motion. Rooms also need iron and ironing board. "

"The sign says free breakfast, low rates, and a pool. None of that was true! Very dirty outside in the parking lot and the hallways. Various people sitting on hood of cars, others on plastic chairs in parking lots lending an unsafe feeling. The room was, however, fairly clean. "

"The home is the perfect little place for a family or couple to stay. Just off the main roads of Sedalia, nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Each room is put together perfectly. Every aspect was great! The beds are so comfortable! Communication with host is fabulous also!!!"
