"Can't think of a negative thing to say about Hotel Bernerhof! We thoroughly enjoyed two nights here and only wished we stayed longer in Interlaken. Found it to be very reasonably priced for high tourist season. Everyone from the front desk people to the breakfast staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was just what we needed to explore the area everyday and come back for a good night's rest. The view from our balcony was amazing, the shower worked well and the AC was efficient to cool us down in the heat of August. Location cannot be beat, right across from the Interlaken West train station (less than 5 min walk) and smack in the middle of all shopping and eating. We would definitely stay here again! "

"My room looked over the huge paraglider landing site park and an amazing view of the Alps. Near bus stop. Lots of shopping nearby. Great restaurant. Okay breakfast. Nice lobby. I would have liked fluffier pillows, hair conditioner, another large towel and washcloths. The room got quite warm. There was a fan that helped a little. They have a luggage storage room. "
