"It was nice staying IN the park. Keeping in mind that’s a national park and not a luxury resort I expected less in that respect. The room had cobwebs which is okay but the bathroom smelled of urine, not okay. The shower curtain was about 6-8 inches too long and had a terrible odor to it. The front desk staff just seemed tired and worn out. Not as helpful as they could’ve been. The sports bar/lounge was nice with friendly wait staff. But the beauty of being in such an amazing place seemed to...

"The staff was very friendly and the lodge had all the amenities we needed. However, it may be because it is off season but some of the listed daily activities weren't happening (I.e. Archery)."

"Good place to relax staff is great, parking lot is good, Lots of nature."

"Clean room, friendly staff!"

"This is a vintage inn. The photos with old Hollywood stars who stayed there are all over the walls. The fireplace in the middle of the lobby was magical, drawing in everyone after dinner to exchange stories of where we came from, our plans for the time in the area and our favorite spots to visit. Instant camaraderie! Efficient rooms with fridge and cooking capabilities. We will be back if we are in the area. A memory to cherish."

"Had a nice overnight stay at this place. Cozy place and we love the June Bug Cafe and their 9 grain pancake was the best!! Would order it for take out next time!! But call before coz the spa was closed when we went and I brought my swimsuit and was looking forward to it."

"Nice place, pretty. Our refrigerator was broken and without any ice due to broken pipes we had no way to keep food cold. We were promised a new one which didn’t materialize. Weird experience at dinner where our bartender left in middle of filling our order with no explanation never to return. Other bartender came over after realizing how long we had been standing there. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay at the Ranch."
